When you destroy them 3-4 wasps will be released, so be ready to kill them too. You should break the nests quickly, of course. The other is a zombie with a bunch of red things on his back, he explodes just like the blombs, so you can just walk up to him until he starts exploding and then run away. The first are zombies, they lunge at you but are generally pretty easy to kill by just mashing. Head east for a scene, and then east for a save portal and then a new area.
